1/4 cup worshtishier sauce
1/3 cup Summit Dakota Soul beer
1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 t dried thyme
1 t horseradish
1 T coarse ground black pepper
With a sharp knife peal the skin off. Find the long narrow edge and slice to the right of the pit. Repeat on left. Lay the pit down and trim remaining fruit from around it. Dice and serve. Bon Appetit!
